Wayde likes a mixture of things. The best thing in the world he likes is when people believe in him. He hasn’t had a person say to him ‘you can do it’. Most people give up on him. He would love to hear the words ‘I’m proud of you’. But that doesn’t happen, at least not in his world.
He enjoys swimming. He sees it as a time when he can just strip down to his mere trunks and breathe. It’s like a place where everyone would be judging him, checking him out or scowling at his lean form, yet he felt like no one was judging him. That only the water was.
He enjoys sex with random girls. The fact that he’ll never ever see them again turns him on and makes the night somewhat wilder. Or so he believes. Though secretly he is hunting for that one true girl who he could have it with and for it to be real and a real connection.
He likes hanging around with his friends. His friends are like his rock and he gets easily attached to people, like his friends. Or at least his best ones. They’re the ones he feels he can relate to most or at least the ones who understand him.

Personality:: Wayde is as confusing as Wayde is. On the outside, he’s cold. On the outside, he’s honest and harsh. On the outside, he’s unafraid of what people thing of him. On the outside, he’s fearless.
On the inside, he’s afraid, insecure and hurt. He’s secretly romantic, wishing to find his own special princess which he could love and hold. He wishes he could ask for a tutor to help him with his grades, but if he did that he’d only get tortured. Or so he believes.
He’s a sensitive boy who acts as though he’s not. He doesn’t put up with when people diss him and usually end up thumping them or pushing them, or playing a childish prank on them.
He craves a person to understand him, and to accept him. He feels lonely but tries to portray a person who’s not lonely, a person who’s confident and feeling free and happy.
He likes to insult people who he doesn’t really know but who he’s heard things about.
Saying he’s really a nice boy would just be a lie. He’s not a nice boy. He’s a boy who wants to be nice but struggles to know how to be. He’s been placed under the bad reputation since being young and he doesn’t know whether he could leave the security of it.
He’s a dreamer but too afraid to live out his dreams because of what could happen, or how people would treat him, how they’d reject him. He goes against his own beliefs to hide what he really feels, and he’ll do something just because someone tells him to. If they’re of higher status of course, or if they think it’s cool.
He’s easily manipulated and in a way, naïve. If people found out his weakness, that he really is insecure and how he wishes to fit in and find friends who care and so on, they could really take advantage of him.
Brief History:: Alcohol does a lot for a person. With some people it makes them get really really happy. It makes them find the most hideous people attractive. Or it could make them fall to the floor in mounds of tears because they forgot how to tie their shoe. The effects of alcohol didn’t really concern Marlee Brandmoore however. She was one of those people who became happy, who would dance and feel free and loved by all who was around her. One thing which did happen to her however was one of the worst things which could happen when you’re drunk. She had the inability to say no. So when she woke up one morning in 1989, it wasn’t a surprise for her to be in bed next to a naked man. His hair was dark brown and shoulder length. He was one of the boys which everyone and anyone could confirm to be… a disgusting bad boy. The smell of smoke embraced the room and she knew automatically what had happened. They had ‘made love’ as her mother put it. But it was not love, it was a one night stand, and within five minutes, Marlee was out that door. Without leaving a note. Without saying goodbye.
And her life continued as normal. At least until a few months later. The eighteen year old prom queen found out she was pregnant. And so Wayde came along.
Her son was born on April 12th, 1990. His hair was dark. His eyes were brown. He was the average size baby. And her angel.
Marlee struggled between jobs and bringing up her boy. He proved to have a troublesome side to him. At seven old, he was sent home for pushing a boy over. The school automatically gave him the reputation of being bad and stupid. Their lack of effort with him and confidence turned him so. But he was just an innocent child, without a father.
Marlee tried her hardest to keep Wayde under control and to keep his grades up, but by the time he reached high school he was having none of it. He was known as a failure by teachers because he couldn’t understand Pythagoras or why commas were put into sentences. And when he asked for help, they thought he was just taking the piss out of them. He wasn’t.
Wayde hadn’t done much wrong apart from getting involved in a few fights and being intimidating to some students. That was until a month before his seventeenth birthday.
He was thrust into a fight and he used a blade against the boy, cutting his side. Although the wound was superficial and not a one which would affect the boy in the future, Wayde was still thrown into Guilds Juvenile Hall. His past record was put against him.
He remained inside for a while. He remained inside and became colder to the world, a dark hatred casting over himself. Though he would sit on his bed and dream of a better day, a better life, a better future.
A few month later he got out. The looks he received from people who knew where he had been were not as he expected. Colder. Now him being a failure was not just a rumour but it was truth. He realised that he’d have to fight against a reputation to get to a better place. So Wayde tried to help people out. But that didn’t work, they just questioned as to why he’d be helpful. So he said screw it and took the fast path. He began dealing in dope, secretly. And his street life took to a higher level. He wouldn’t stay in and watch a movie with his mom. He’d stay out all night, hanging around, partying, drinking, meeting girls, causing trouble etc.
Current living arrangements:: He lives with his mom
Anything Else?:: Gah, I’m really bad at writing profiles. Sorry it’s so bad!!!
