Height: 5'6
Weight: 137
Appearance:
Rose isn't very tall. She's actually quite short for her age. Don't mention it around her though. She has her own small sense of style and she'll uphold it. Rose's hair is naturally a very light blonde. She likes it that way. Though, she does dye streaks and stripes into it. She's very particular about the way her hair is fashioned. She doesn't like people toying with it. She cuts and dyes her own hair because she trusts no one else with it.
Her eyes are a natural chocolate brown. Though, sometimes she will wear contacts. Mostly because she doesn't really like her eyes. Rose wears thick eye makeup to try and not make them look so "hideous". She has her lip pierced in two places. Both snake bites on her lower lip. The only other piercings she has are her ears twice [lobe and cartilage] and her belly button.
Rose doesn't go too heavy with the jewelry. She'll wear a few bracelets and necklaces here and there, but not a lot of them. She likes rings though. Big rings. Mainly because of all the fighting she gets into. The only things that could count as "heavy jewelry" is her piercings.
Her clothes are her own. She makes them herself. They look like things you'd buy from a store, but she does make them herself. Rose believes its easier to buy the material in bulk and make the clothes rather than spend 70 bucks on a pair of pants. She tends to wear layered tank tops with stone washed jeans. She likes converse shoes and high heels.
Personality:
Jacquie is actually pretty care free. She likes to hang out with friends and go out partying. This is how she is most of the time. She tries not to be super serious. But she can do serious if she really needs to. Jacquie will completely protest if people become gloomy or sad. She's always first in line to try and cheer them up. But she knows where to draw the line.
The only time Jacquie is ever serious is if she's off her medication. She has only a few that she needs to take. But, she'll become very paranoid if she's off even one of them. Its just one of those things that she can't help. She's paranoid by nature. And a bit depressed by nature. She's very good at hiding it though. Jacquie also has this violence issue. She's very violent and is currently on parole.
She's also pretty protective over her friends and family. They both mean a lot to her, and she'll be damned if anyone tries to hurt them. She likes to help people. It's her forte, so to speak. Her friends matter the most to her, though she only has a few. She doesn't really try to branch out to people she doesn't know too
much.
With the violence, Jacquie is a bit of a hardass. She's one of the blackest white girls you'll ever meet. She grew up in a ghetto-ish area so she tries to act tough and she kinda fits in.
Nationality: Norwegian
Family:
Tasha Seleste - Mother
Melachi Seleste - Father
History:
Jacquie's family is originally from Norway. She lived there for almost all her life. Jac went to a private school with uniforms and was a bit of a snob in her younger years. She was a bit of a pregnant dog. Jac regrets that to this day. Because of the way she acted in grade school, it affected her middle school years very muchly. She had to get a new attitude so she could make friends. This was a bit hard for her, but she could do it.
When she hit year 7, her mom started noticing some changes in her personality. Jac had become a bit more paranoid, and a bit depressive and OCD. Her mother took her in for an analysis. When they came out, Jac had three new medications. She was actually okay with this. She wanted to be more friendly and likeable. That didn't hurt her at all in this case.
Right before she started 7th grade, Jacquie's parents decided it was time for a change. They wanted to move to America. Jacquie's parents told her it would be tough. And she'd have to learn a new language. But, she had a lot of confidence in that area, so she took it in stride. The Summer before they moved, Jacquie studied vigorously to learn English. A few months after they got there, and Jacquie saw the way everyone spoke and used their words, she became fluent in the language.

Rose sits on the roof, cross legged. One of her knees moved up and down in a nervous habit she'd picked up over the past few months. She was stressing heavily on this children thing. She had no idea on what to do. And being as stubborn as she is, she refused to ask for help.
It sounded stupid, but thats just the way she is. She was too proud to ask for help. Maybe that was a bad thing in most situations. She was mistaking independence for arrogant idiocy. She sighs and looks out over the surrounding area. She missed South America. It was so much calmer. It was so noisy here. She couldn't even remember why they were here.
A cool autumn wind makes Rose's hair flutter slightly. She pulls her hoodie tightly around her. She pulls her knees up to her chest and closes her eyes, resting her head on her knees. Eventually she'd have to ask for help...whether she liked it or not. She couldn't do this alone.
